A sign-in token that expires after 24 hours, and password reset codes that expire after 15 minutes and work once. Both are stored as hashes. This prototype does not send email: a reset code is written as plain text to the server's log, where the team can read it. The description you write and, if you choose to add them, an address and a phone number, the latitude and longitude (if you add a location), plus the time of the report and its status (new, in progress, resolved). For a rescue report we store the description you write, the address and phone number (if you fill them in), the latitude and longitude (if you add a location), and your username, because each report is linked to your account. The app reads your device location only when you press the “See conditions near you” or “Use my location” button. In the “Conditions near you” panel the location stays in your browser and is not sent or stored. In the incident form it is sent to our system only when you submit the report. This prototype does not accept photo uploads. After you log in, your sign-in token, role, username and the time your session expires are kept in your browser's storage so you stay signed in (on this device if you choose to stay signed in, otherwise only until you close the tab). Your language choice (Thai or English), whether the sidebar is collapsed, whether you closed the missing-data notice, whether you closed the “This is a demo website” box and whether you turned off live refreshes are saved on your device. For the current tab only, the browser also keeps where the sky video was, where you last tapped a menu link (for the page-change animation), whether you came from the start page, whether you finished or closed the guide to the app (the user guide, or the admin guide for admins), and the latest rule-based risk level answer from our server, which is reused for up to 5 minutes. For admins, the last 12 pump commands sent from that tab (command, time and admin username) are kept for that tab only, and the number of times the Hardware control page has been opened is saved on the device, to know when to show its notice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Every page loads fonts from Google Fonts. The Water levels, Dam levels and Rescue reports pages and the admin dashboard also load the map library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and maps from tiles.openfreemap.org.
