GunWaree is a prototype built by team KaNaIYuRi for U-Hackathon 2026. It shows flood information for Bangkok and the Chao Phraya basin and lets signed-in users send rescue reports and follow their status. By using GunWaree you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GunWaree เป็นระบบต้นแบบที่ทีม KaNaIYuRi พัฒนาสำหรับงาน U-Hackathon 2026 แสดงข้อมูลน้ำท่วมของกรุงเทพฯ และลุ่มน้ำเจ้าพระยา และให้ผู้ใช้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบส่งแจ้งเหตุขอความช่วยเหลือและติดตามสถานะได้ การใช้ GunWaree ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดอย่าใช้บริการ

Water levels, road flooding, rainfall and dam data come from public sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. When a value is missing we show "awaiting report" rather than zero. Dam data is daily, not real time.

The risk score estimates whether the river at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya (station 39) will rise above its bank within 24 hours. For now it comes from a simple rule that looks at the latest water level and whether it rose over the past 6 hours, so it only takes four values: 0, 33, 67 or 100. The system currently uses a rule, not an AI model. It is a score, not a confirmed probability, and it does not predict flooding inside Bangkok directly. It is not an official flood warning. Always follow instructions from the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and other authorities.

Anyone can view public flood information without an account. You need an account to send rescue reports. Alerts that have been sent can be seen without an account. Choose a username of 3 to 32 characters, give a real email address, use a password of at least 8 characters, and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each sign-in lasts 24 hours, and resetting your password signs you out on every device. Admin accounts are created only by the GunWaree team.

Only send reports that are true and describe a real situation. False or joke reports can pull attention away from people who need help, and we will delete them and may close the account. A report's status (new, in progress, resolved) shows what the GunWaree team has done with it. It does not mean that police or rescue services are on their way.

• Do not try to access other users' accounts or admin functions.
• Do not overload, attack or probe the service or its API.
• Do not post other people's personal information without their permission.
• Do not pretend to be a government agency, rescue team or another person.

Data is kept in a database on the project's server. It is not deleted automatically. Test data may be deleted when the event ends. We may stop the service at any time.
